About the White Glove Program
Sit back, relax and receive a check every month!  We store, insure, maintain & rent your RV, then send you a check every month when it is rented. All the while enabling you to use it whenever you want with a simple advance phone call or text.
Once your RV is added to our rental fleet we find high quality people looking to do the same thing that you originally purchased the RV for.  We are the highest rated RV repair, rental & sales company in the area and the only rental company in our area as well!

Renters
The fact is that renters will use your motorhome, but it’s in their interest to take care of it because they’re responsible for the damage they cause; from the moment they leave the lot they are to treat it like it is their RV and take care of it otherwise they’ll be on the hook for the repair bill.  Renters are required to leave a security deposit to cover insurance deductible if needed and required to do background check before key handoff.
What if an accident were to happen? 
Renters are required to leave a security deposit to cover insurance deductible if needed and required to do background check before key handoff.  Each reservation is covered with insurance that the renter pays for when they checkout.  This coverage will cover up to the value of your RV if there was a case of that happening.  Each renter goes through a background check and puts a significant security deposit up to $1,900 before they head out for their trip. Each renter is required to be 25 years or older. 

How much does it cost to start?
There is no membership cost, no cost to terminate and no hidden fees.  We simply take the expenses associated with renting out your RV (Itemized Labor, taxes, itemized repairs, insurance, etc.) subtract that from the income your RV brings in from rentals and services we provide to calculate your profit.  That profit is split 50/50 and sent to you every month!  During spring, summer & fall months this can be thousands of dollars. 

Insurance?
We may even be able to save you money on your insurance premium with our discounted commercial policy that can have you (the owner) as a covered party allowing you to remove your current insurance.  We have a commercial policy with MBA insurance that covers all our units that we own and all the units that we manage as consignments.  This policy usually exceeds the coverage you current policy covers because it is a commercial policy. 

When can I use my RV?
RV rentals are very busy in the spring through summer months so we ask that you mark out the dates that you want to use your RV ahead of time by calling or emailing us, we then work around these times and allow other people to book your motorhome when you’re not using it. 

What are my responsibilities as an owner enrolled in your program?
There’s several requirements we have in order to rent your RV out:
1. Class A, B or C - (2017 or newer)
2. Must be in good working order, all items functional: fridge, stove, air conditioners, furnace, doors and cabinets.
3. Must be safe: tires must be 2017 or newer on the date code (Insurance requires this even if they look good and are still usable)
4. As people rent your RV, items will wear out, and maintenance will come to be due, just like if you were to rent out a house. Things like oil changes, tires etc. We will keep an eye on these with our experienced RV technicians and professionally fix them for you as they happen.

How much money will I make?
